IMAGE & PRESENCE ASSESSMENT · COMPLIMENTARY
A 45-minute read on the gap between who you are and how you're coming across — and the direction that actually fits you.
You'll see what's already working in how you present and carry yourself. These are the strengths worth leaning into more.
You'll see where your image and presence are sending the wrong message about who you are. These are the blind spots you can't see on your own.
You'll leave knowing the first move toward being seen the way you really are.
This is you if:
✦ You're respected, but recognition keeps going to someone else.
✦ Your track record says one thing — the way you're received says another.
✦ You're built for more than where you are — bigger authority, bigger title, and bigger stage.
As a former HR leader, I sat in the rooms where decisions got made, and I watched qualified women get passed over for reasons no one said out loud. Their work, stellar. Their accomplishments, remarkable. The gap between who they were and how they were being perceived? Costly.
Then I left corporate and ran straight into my own version of it. I dressed nice, but it was a softer, smaller version of me because I hadn't figured out who I was in this new chapter or how to put my own distinct value into words. When I figured it out, I realized better clothes were never the starting point. Once I understood who I actually was, everything, including how I dressed, finally fell into place. That was the work.
That's what I do now. I work with highly talented women leaders on translating who they are into how they want to be seen, ensuring their distinction and influence finally show in their image and presence. Because here's what I know for sure: when you're ready for your next level, your image and presence must move with you. They can't stay the same.
